NK/TIL Cell Expansion Reagent is an irradiated and inactivated engineered K562 cell line that expresses various cytokines, such as IL-21, and is paired with the NK cell basal medium to achieve targeted activation and massive expansion of NK cells derived from umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood single nucleated cells. Using our cellxvivo human nk cell expansion kit, under the synergistic signaling effect of various cytokines, NK cells derived from umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood mononuclear cells cultured in vitro were activated in a targeted manner and expanded in large quantities, and the purity of the NK cells obtained was high.
